Thanksgiving Smokes
November 24, 2005
I really love this time of year. Families get together for food, football, and camaraderie. Time to remember the things that mean the most to you. Tomorrow will be a busy day for me and Patrice. We have plans to visit my mom and dad in the early afternoon. Late afternoon will find us heading to her mom’s for a huge dinner.
I have a couple of reviews that I’ll get posted this weekend. I hope to smoke a couple of sticks I’ve been eyeing in the humidor for a few days. One is the Padron 3000 Maduro, a ring gauge of 52 and 5 1/2″ long. I picked this beautiful cigar up at Tobacco Cove. One of the best local cigar shops here in Jacksonville.
The other, a H. Upmann 2000 Torpedo, 6 1/8″ with a 54 ring gauge will probably be smoked after lunch tomorrow.
I’ll need to smoke a few more of both of these before I offer a full review here on the site, so check back often.
Happy Thanksgiving to all, I hope for each, safe travels and great cigars!

I smoked a Padron 6000 Maduro and I’m debating on burning this Padron Anni 64 Maduro I’ve got sitting int he humidor tonight while it is an enjoyable 50 degrees.
