Later this afternoon, we are heading to the Jacksonville Beach Pier. Patrice is off today so we will get out of the house to walk around and snap a few photos. I’ll post a few images if I get any worth posting.

What a bummer! Not a single deal there… We did pick up some vegetables but everyone seems to think their vase or camera is a “collectible“. Oh well, somewhere out there my treasure waits.

Visited friends in Inglis, FL last weekend. Always a great time there. Food, drinks and good friends who could ask for more? Stopped in Stark, FL on the way back for a flat of strawberries for my dad. Delicious and sweet.

Caught this sunset today on my way home from my mom and dad’s. I had my Canon S100 in the truck. I made a u turn to get to a place off the road to frame this properly.

My first attempt at a panorama was at the Okefenokee Swamp several years ago.

Another late night ebay buying binge, brought this little 4.5×6 camera to my door via USPS. The lens is a 75mm f/3.5 Daiichi Opt. Neo-Hesper. The shutter is a Daiichi-Rapid with speeds from 1s to 1/500s and bulb. Looks to be a copy of the Compur-Rapid shutter used in many folders of this time frame.

Took this photo of my mom and dad a few days before Mother’s Day this year. I used my Canon S100, edited the image in Photoshop CS using the Lens Blur filter.

I picked this Oly RC up on ebay last week, with shipping the cost was $43.00. All it needed was a good cleaning and a new battery. Polished up very nice. First roll of film was processed at a local Walgreens.

Stopped by a favorite camping spot on our way back from Tallahassee, Florida. The river was about 45ft over the norm.

This flower was taken with my Canon G3 in Inglis, Florida.

I haven’t had much time to update the blog. Seems life gets in the way much too often. I have picked up a few cameras from eBay and a digital camera (Canon S100) from my brother last month. Also will give an update on the Canon Sure Shot Classic 120.
